Dairy and Gluten Free Waffles

Ingredients
Dry4 cups gluten free flour2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons baking powder 3 Tablespoons Stevia1 teaspoon cinnamon1 1/2 teaspoon sea saltWet4 eggs4 cups Vanilla Soy Milk5 Tablespoons Coconut Oil (melted)
Directions
Stir together all dry ingedients in medium bowl.
Melt coconut oil in large bowl in microwave.
Then, whisk in eggs and add soy milk.
Now, pour in dry ingedients and mix until well blended.
Pour in 1/3 cup portions into greased waffle maker. Each waffle takes 4 minutes to cook. Lift out with fork. Able to freeze and reheat as needed.
