chicken enchaladas

Ingredients
1 diced onion 2 T Butter7 oz can of green chilies3 oz fat free cream cheese1 T fat free milk.25 t Cumin2 c. cooked chicken8 high fiber tortillas (90 calories a wrap) 10.5 oz can of reduced fat cream chicken soup8 oz carton fat free sour cream1 c. fat free milk.75 c. reduced fat mexican cheese
Directions
cook onion in butter in a bowl mix cream cheese satueed onions 1 tablespoon of milk and 1 tablespoon green chillies and chicken untill combined. put 3 tablespoons of mixture into each tortilla and wrap and place in a 9x13 inch pan seam side down.
combine everything else except for cheese spread over tortillas bake covered with foil for 35 mins untill heated thru then remove foil add cheese and put back into the oven for 5 more mins or untill cheese is melted.
