Ginger Lemon Cucumber Detox Drink

Ingredients

� 2 cucumbers, peeled� 2 inch of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped� � lemon or lime, remove skin� 1 cup parsley� � cup honeydew melon, chunked (or any other melon of your liking)� Dash of cayenne pepper
Juicing Directions for a Juicer
� Juice parsley, ginger, lime, melon, and cucumbers.
� Pour over ice cubes and add a dash of cayenne pepper (or more if you don�t mind the taste)
Juicing Directions for a Blender
If you don�t have a juicer, your blender will do just fine. If you have a high-speed blender there will be no need the peel the cucumbers.
� Blend all ingredients, except for the cayenne pepper, until smooth. You may need to pause and push the ingredients down a few times to help your blender along.
� Use a nut milk bag or fine strainer to separate the juice from the pulp.
� Pour over ice cubes and add a dash of cayenne pepper (or more if you don�t mind the taste)
