smashed cauliflower w/ham

Ingredients
1 small head of caulfilower2 cups of cubed lean ham1/4c. of chopped onions1/4c. of fresh mushrooms/slicedpinch of minced garlic1/4 c. of fat free shredded cheddar1/4c. fat free mexican 4 cheese shredded1c. fat free milk3 tbsp of smart balance or fat free cream cheese1/4c. italian style bread crumbs
Directions
makes 8 1-cup servings
boil cauliflower approx 5-8 min till soft,drain add cream cheese and milk and "smash" as if to make mashed potatoe
cook onions,mushrooms and garlic over medium heat till browned
add ham and cheeses to cauliflower, add onions,mushrooms and garlic mix well
cover with italian bread crumbs and place in oven at 350 degrees for 30 min or until you note bubbling of cheese
