low carb zuchini bread

Ingredients
Flour mixture (1 1/2 cups almond meal, 1/2 cup ground flax, 2 tablespoons coconut flour)1 cup splenda or Xilitol3/4 cup low sugar orange juice2 cups shredded zuchini2 eggs1/2 stick unsalted butter softened1 tsp. baking soda1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/4 tsp. all spice1 tsp. salt1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
cream splenda, butter until creamy, add eggs and all other ingredients. Shred zuchini and add to mixture, also add 1 tsp. salt. Pour in bread pan and bake at 350 until done.
