Spinach and Sausage Stuffed Manicotti

Ingredients
1 package manicotti, 12 pieces1 10oz package frozen spinach, thawed and drained1 16oz package bulk Italian sausage, browned and drained1 15oz package ricotta cheese8 oz mozzarella cheese4 oz Parmesan cheese 1 egg, beaten2 tbsp Italian seasoning1 clove garlic, minced1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper2 cups Prego Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook pasta according to directions on box. Drain water from boiled pasta.
While pasta is cooking, mix cheeses, egg, and seasonings. Stir in thawed and drained spinach and then browned and drained sausage.
When pasta is cool enough to handle, stuff each manicotti tube with cheese mixture. Place each stuffed pasta in a 9x13 baking dish. When all pasta is in the baking dish, cover with spaghetti sauce.
Bake for 30 minutes. If desired, sprinkle extra Parmesan over manicotti after 25 minutes of baking.
