mix together yogurt, honey and mustard. Coat chicken with mixture and let sit in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
crush cornflakes and mix with olive oil.
Coat chicken pieces with corn flakes
cook on ungreased nonstick pan for 20 - 25 minutes at 350.
