Healthy Chicken Salad

Ingredients
3 Cups Shredded Chicken (three chicken breasts)3 Cups Sliced Grapes1 Cup Sliced Almonds1 Cup Diced Celery12 oz Plain Non Fat Yogurt (more or less depending on desired consistency)1 Tablespoon Fine Sea Salt (more or less depending on taste)2 Tablespoons Tarragon (more or less depending on taste)2 Teaspoons Fresh Crushed Black Pepper (more or less depending on taste)
Directions
1. Cook chicken breasts on 350 until at least 165 degrees in all parts of the breasts
2. While cooking dice the celery, slice the grapes in half
3. When chicken cools - shred it in a Kitchen Aid mixer with the wire whisk attachment
4. Mix all ingredients together then add the sea salt, pepper, tarragon to taste
5. Refrigerate
