Veggie Packed Tuna Salad on English Muffin

1 Can Tuna in Water1 Tbsp Kraft Miracle Whip (low fat)1/2 Stalk of Celery - chopped or julienne 1/4 Cup Broccoli Slaw1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard (or more as desired)1/4 Cup Baby Spinach1 1/2 Whole Wheat English Muffins*Black Pepper To Taste*Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend To Taste
Mix tuna, miracle whip, celery, broccoli slaw, yellow mustard, pepper and lemon pepper seasoning together in a small bowl. Toast English muffins. Place a small amount of spinach on top of each English muffin. Divide mixture evenly on 3 muffin halves (approximately 1/4 cup each). Serve with a fruit and glass of milk for balanced lunch.
