Ingredients
2.5 cups Organic heavy whipping cream1.5 cup Organic Half & Half,4 Egg Yolks, Raw 0.5 tsp Stevia Extract or to taste2.5 tsp. organic Vanilla Extract1 tsp. almond extract
Directions
In top of double boiler, heat 1 cup half and half to simmering. Temper eggs yolks before adding. Stir constantly to make thin custard which coats wooden spoon. When thickened, cool immediately over ice water, stirring frequently. Add extracts and stevia.
Add cream and remaining 1/2 cup half and half. Stir. Chill thoroughly before using.
Freeze in ice cream maker per manufacturer's directions.
