Tarragon Mustard Viniagrette

1 tbsp lemon juice3 tbsp white wine vinegar1 tbsp whole grain or dijon mustard1.25 tsp chopped fresh tarragon1/4 tsp salt1 small garlic clove, minced1/3 c olive oil1 tbsp honey

Blend ingredients until smooth. Put over fresh garden greens and enjoy!
