Spicy Mayonnaise-Free Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
12 Hard-boiled eggs, sliced in half lengthwise and the yolks removed and saved2 Tbsp. sour cream (Nutrition info assumes full-fat cream)12 (or so) Wickle pickles, finely chopped2 Tbsp. Inglehoffer Stone-Ground mustard (or similar whole-grain mustard)Black pepper to tastePaprika (optional)Note: Really, all flavoring ingredients are to your taste.
Directions
Stir together egg yolks, sour cream, pickles, mustard, and pepper in a small bowl until creamy and yolk-lump free. Spoon or pipe yolk mixture to fill the hollows of the hard-boiled eggs. Sprinkle lightly with paprika.

Serving Size: Makes 24 deviled eggs (egg halves)
