Sweet peppers (bell), 4 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4"(remove)*Squash, summer, zucchini, italian style, canned, 2 cup(remove)*Balsamic Vinegar, 3 tbsp(remove)Olive Oil, 2 1tsp(remove)leave peppers whole, cut zucchini. toss in olive oil, grill and slice peppers when done.
