1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs Plain1/5 cup Pecan Meal1 Egg1/2 cup Almond Milk sugar free3 Tbsp. Honey5 - Perdue Pre-trimmed Boneless Chicken BreastsMix the Panko bread crumbs and pecan meal on a separate plate. Mix almond milk, honey, and egg in a bowl. Prepare a baking pan, spray with Pam and preheat oven to 350 %. Open chicken breasts and dip into milk honey and egg mixture, then roll in Bread crumbs and pecan meal, placing on prepared pan. Once all chicken has been coated place pan in oven and bake for 40 minutes or until done through.
