1 can Kidney Beans(canned rinsed off or salt free)1 can No Salt Added Tomato Sauce1 can Whole Corn(rinsed off or salt free)3 Chicken, leg quarter, bone in, skin removed1 can Hunt's No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes1 can Black Beans(rinsed off or salt free)Oregano Powder, 1 tsp *Onion powder, 2 tbsp 1 Onion diced1 *BELL PEPPER - GREEN, diced*Chili powder, 2 tbsp Cumin, 2 tbsp Paprika, 1 tsp *GARLIC POWDER, 1 tsp
Directions
Place chicken in crock frozen, then all the rest of the ing. Place on high 4 hours. Take chicken out and shred it then place it back in the crock 30min-1hr
