Super simple cabbage soup

Ingredients
1/2 head cabbage, chopped1/2 medium onion, chopped4 cloves garlic6 cups water6 chicken broth cubeshandful of baby carrots, chopped14.5 ounce can of crushed tomato1 tbs olive oilsalt and pepper, to taste
Directions
saute onion and garlic in oil until soft. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil for 5 minutes. Simmer on low for 20 minutes or until cabbage is soft.
