Ingredients
Beef liver, 3 ozGarlic, 1 tsp Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 tbsp Salt, .5 tsp Pepper, black, .5 tbsp *Cumin seed, .5 tbsp
Directions
cut the liver in small piece, minced the garlic, cut the pepper in small pieces.
cook the liver with the olive oil in meduim heat for 5 min. add the garlic and stir for 5min. abdd the green pepper and stir for 5min.
add salt, black pepper, and cumin and leave it for other 5 min. ot till it is cooked
