Roasted Potatos

Ingredients
4 Medium Potato, Yellow-flesh1/2 cup Onion Chopped 1 Cup of sliced Mushrooms5 tbsp Dill weed1.5 tbsp Black Pepper2 tbsp Salt1 tbsp Paprika3 tbsp Parsley4 Cloves GarlicExtra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
pre-heat oven to 425
wash & slice potatoes and place in a large bowl with onions and mushrooms
add in garlic & spices to taste
drizzle with olive oil & mix well, so that the potatoes are coated
place in a large baking dish & cook for 45 minutes, flipping occasionally so that potatoes are roasted all over
