Chickpea kale soup

Ingredients
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed2 cups frozen kale1 cup diced onion1 tomato diced3 garlic cloves chopped1 tsp cinnamon powder1 tsp cumin powder1 tsp cayenneSaltPepperOil
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in oil until soft
Add all spices, saute 1 min
Add tomatoes and chickpeas
Add a cup of water
Cover and simmer 20 min
Add kale, cover and simmer until soft.
Mash the chickpeas with ladel, adjust water, simmer few more minutes and serve
