Ingredients
Chicken broth (fat skimmed off) made at home from chicken backsMeat pulled from cooked chickenFresh veggies - carrots, onions, swiss chard... anything in the veggie drawer really.Simmer together and spice with garlic, ginger, a little salt, lots of pepper, herbs de province.Best made a day or two ahead so the flavours can really blend nicely.
