Gone Bananas! Bread

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups whole-wheat flour1/4 cup all purpose flour3/4 cups splenda1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 3 bananas)1/2 cup fat-free egg substitute1/2 cup natural applesauce2 tsp baking powder1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp salt2 oz chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350

In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients together. In another bowl, combine all wet ingredients. Add wet into dry and stir until just blended. Pour batter into a large loaf pan (about 9 x 5) sprayed with nonstick spray and bake for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Allow to cool and cut into 8 slices.

Serving size is a very generous approx. 1" slice. Half a slice is a nice treat as this is very dense and moist.
