Skinless, boneless chicken breast1/2 cup zucchini1/2 cup peas3 tbsp butter1 cup onion1 tbsp garam masala1 tsp ginger root1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4-1/2 tsp cayenne1 cup canned tomatoes
Pre-cook chicken breast and cut into bite size pieces.
On medium heat, cook chopped onion in butter. Add zucchini. Cook until browned. Add spices and cook for a few minutes. Add tomatoes and chicken.
