Antipasto Pasta Salad

Ingredients
Salad: Barilla Shell Pasta Medium, 16 oz Genoa Salami, 1/3 pound, chopped Sliced Pepperoni,1/4 pound, chopped Mozzarella, 8 oz tiny cubes Bell Pepper - Orange, 1/2 of one, chopped Bell Pepper - Red, 1/2 of one, chopped Bell Pepper - Yellow, 1/2 of one, chopped Cherry tomatoes, 1/2 cup, halved Green Onions, 1/4 cup chopped Dressing: Olive Oil, .5 cup (remove) Vinegar, Red Wine, 1/2 cup Garlic powder, 1 tsp Oregano, ground, 2 tsp Basil,1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Dijion Mustard, 1 tsp Granulated Sugar, 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp
Directions
Cook pasta according to the directions. Drain and place in large bowl. Add all other salad ingredients to the pasta and mix well.

In separate bowl, mix all dressing ingredient. Mix well and pour over salad. Mix again.

Chill at least 2 hours...best when made the day ahead to allow flavors to blend.
