Cheesy Chicken Biscuit Cups

Ingredients
1 tube buttermilk biscuits16 oz chicken breast1 can ff cream of chicken soup1 C shredded mexican cheeese1/4 tsp pepper1 tsp parsley
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Cook chicken & shred. Spray 10 cups in a muffin pan with Pam. Separate biscuits and stretch each biscuit to cover the inside of one cup in the muffin pan all the way up to the sides.
In a bowl, combine chicken, soup, cheese & seasonings. Mix well. Evenly spoon mixutre into prepared biscuit cup. Bake 10-15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
