3 Onions, chopped1/2 Green Bell Pepper, chopped2 Garlic cloves, minced2 T Olive Oil, Extra Virgin2 Bay leaves dried 1 tsp Crushed red pepper1 tsp Salt6 oz can Hunt's All Natural Tomato Paste16 oz Chicken of the Sea Premium Crab Claw Meat
Saute the chopped vegetables in the olive oil over medium heat until translucent (about 15 minutes). Add the tomato paste, crushed red pepper, salt and bay leaves and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the crabmeat, mix well and cook 10 minutes.
