Healthy Chicken Soup broth.

Ingredients
Use chicken pieces frozen or fresh. add to stock pot add water fill to near the top. add couple of and two onion.bay leaves, salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Bring soup to boil on high for about 15 min or so. Reduce heat to medium boil 20 minutes or so. Bring to lowest heat and allow liquid to reduce. About 6 hours. Allow soup to stand and cool down. Strain fat. Refridgerate till next day. Strain fat as necessary and you have a beautiful clear chicken soup boullion.
