Ceviche

Ingredients
5 Limessmall package of imitation crab meat3 oz of small shrimp (not mini) cut in half2 medium tomatoes (diced)1 medium cucumber (diced) 4 tbsp of cilantro raw4 Scallions (medium) chopped
Directions
shred crab meat into a medium size bowl
add shrimp
squeeze limes in bowl with shrimp and crab meat
(let marinate while you cut the veggiew)
Chopp all veggies and add to meat
grab some tortilla chips and enjoy
