Ingredients

    Shrimp, cooked, 12 oz
    Tomato juice, without salt added, 2 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 medium whole (2-3/5

Directions

Finely chop tomatoes, onions, peppers. Put in a large bowl and add tomato juice, lime juice, ketchup, shrimp. Chop avocado in small chunks, add to bowl. Let marinade in refrigerator at least 1 hour, better if overnight.
Makes four servings.
Serve with lettuce and baked tortilla chips.
