low carb quick bread

Ingredients
1.5 tblspn of cocnut oil1 egg1 tblspn of flaxmeal1 tablespn of ground almonds1 tsp of baking powder
Directions
melt coconut oil and combine all ingredients.
Put into a microwave flat bottomed dish and cook for up to 2 mins depending on strength of microwave.
Can make one thick piece - yummy toasted.
Or two thinner or three wraps. All nice
Could also add sweetner and have a 'pancake or pikelet'
