Ingredients
1 cup of organic coconut flakes, unsweetened.8 cups water.
Directions
Soak Coconut 20 min. to overnight in 4 cups of water. Process through an Angel juicer with the water. Reprocess the expelled pulp up with additional water until the water becomes thinned out. The first run through makes a coconut cream. Additional runs thin down the milk. It's delicious, much better tasting than store made. Sweeten as desired.
