We tried this recipe for Christmas dinner; wanted something different. It was a hit! Everyone loved it. I was out of Cajun seasoning and substituted Emeril's seasoning, We will definitely make this again. - 12/26/11

Family loved this recipe. I served it with fresh tomoatoes on the side and a southwest style veggie medley. All worked well together. - 1/21/09
