Zone Diet Shrimp Gumbo

Ingredients
6 ounces small shrimp1 cup celery, sliced1 cup onion, chopped1-1/4 cups tomatoes, chopped1/2 cup frozen okra, sliced1/4 cup frozen corn kernels1-1/3 tsp olive oilSpices:1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce (or to taste)1/2 tsp garlic, minced1/4 tsp chili powder1/8 tsp celery seed1/3 cup lemon- and lime-flavored water1/2 tsp lemon herb seasoning (sodium free)1/4 tsp paprika
Directions
Heat oil in a medium nonstick saute pan. Add celery, onion, tomatoes, okra, corn, hot pepper sauce, garlic, chili powder, and celery seed. Cook until vegetables are tender. Mix in the shrimp, paprika, lemon herb seasoning, and water. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes until the shrimp are cooked. Spoon into a medium bowl and serve.
