Bacon Wrapped Blue Cheese, Spinach and Kale Stuffed Chicken Breasts

2 4 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts pounded flat.5 tsp black Pepper4 oz blue cheese crumbled.25 cup chopped kale.5 cup chopped spinach4 slices low sodium bacon
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.Season the chicken with pepper.
Combine the cheese with arugula and baby spinach and spread onto the breasts and roll up. Spiral-wrap each breast with two pieces of bacon tightly to cover the meat evenly. Place chicken on a nonstick baking sheet and roast 20 to 22 minutes until bacon is crispy and chicken is firm.
