If u like Iced Coffee Just likes me..this frappe Refreshing on these hot summer days.Love mocha frappe and these high calorie iced stuff so when I'm home and don't have mocha syrup, I usually go for this iced coffee trying to substitute my my beloved high calorie smooth (nesquik iced chocolate) with a low calorie one.
Directions
simply put one big spoon of your favorite coffee, some ICE, Splenda or brown Diet sugar, skim milk and blends them all together in the mixer.

optional: 1-u can add some cocoa powder to be yummy;0)

2- u can add 2 or 3 cookies of low fat Oreo or ur favorite cookies with the mix for energetic breakfast.

3- add some cereals or your favorite corn flakes after blending them it will be more than Gr8 on the top of it as if it's a whipping cream or like Maltesers shake.
