Quick Banana Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients
All you need is some fresh strawberries, a couple bananas, some milk and yogurt! Any yogurt will do, I chose the very healthy and good tasting Stonyfield Farm, but any lowfat yogurt will work
Directions
Serving Size: 1 cup, recipe makes about 3 servings

Put your fruit into the blender first, then yogurt, lastly milk. Blend together for 30 seconds or so, checking to make sure that all the fruit is blended. Pour into a glass and serve for a quick morning breakfast or a high energy snack!

This recipe is easy to alter too! If you want more of a banana taste, use less strawberry, and vice versa!
