chili spaghetti

Ingredients
8 0z lean ground beef, drained1/2 c green and red peppers1/2 onion chopped1 14 oz can diced tomato1 8 oz can tomato sauce1 cup beef boulion1 cup water1 tbs chili powder1 tsp ground cumin1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes1/4 tsp pepper2 tsps sugar3 cups cooked spaghetti
Directions
brown ground beef in a large nonstick skillet. drain fat. add chopped peppers and onion, cook til tender. add diced tomatos , tomato sauce, beef boulion and water.
stir in chili powder, cumin, chili flakes, pepper and sugar.
simmer on medium low heat for 20 t0 30 min.
