Curried Carrot and Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients
6 carrots, peeled and chopped1/2 head of cauliflower, chopped2 cloves garlic, chopped1 tbsp. olive oil2 cups chicken stock14 oz coconut milk1 tbsp. curry paste (or to taste)1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepperjuice of one lime
Directions
Brown vegetables in olive oil until softened. Add remaining ingredients and cook until vegetables are fully cooked.
