2 lbs. Lean ground beefI lb. Lean Ground Turkey1 cup Green Bell Pepper, chopped1 cup Yellow Onion, Chopped, 2 stalks Celery, chopped1 4 oz can Mushroom pieces and stems, drained 3 Eggs, whole, raw1/2 cup canned crushed tomatoes2 - 3 tsp. Oregano 2 - 3 tsp. Basil1 tsp. Garlic powder1 tsp. Black pepper1 tsp. salt
Place all ingredients except tomatoes in large mixing bowl. Combine with mixer, blending thoroughly.
Fill large (9 inch) loaf pan. Spread crushed tomatoes on top of loaf. Bake at 350 degrees about 60-75 minutes, until well done.
Cool in pan slightly; drain accumulated fat if desired.
Slice into 8 slices.
Serve warm or cold.
