Ingredients
1 cup Soy Milk, plain (I use Organics brand)1 cup baby spinach, raw2 scoops doTERRA Trim Shake, chocolate
Directions
Blend this well then...
I usually add 1 cup of fruit and ice (or frozen fruit) plus 8-10 chocolate chips. (these are not added in the nutrition info here)

Blend again.
Enjoy!
