cream of potatoe soup

Ingredients
1 pint heavy whipping cream1 stick butter1 large onionapproximately 1 1/2 cups sour cream1 eye of round roast or London broil5 pounds of potatoes2 tbsp beef bullion4 cups water
Directions
brown onion in butter, add cubed meat, cook thoroughly. Add water, salt, bullion cubes. Peel potatoes cover and boil. When potatoes are fully cooked, take out some broth and mix with sour cream. slowly add back to broth with the whipping cream and let come to a boil.
Makes 16 one cup servings.
