Fat Free Vegan Oatmeal Banana Bread

Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 cup Granulated Sugar, .5 cup (remove)Nutrasweet Equal packet, 115 grams Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp ()*Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 1 cup (grind in coffee grinder)Baking Powder, 1 tsp ()Baking Soda, .5 tsp ()Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp ()Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz) ()
Directions
Mash bananas and pumpkin with sugar and vanilla until combined and creamy. Then mix in water. Mix together flour, soda, powder and cinnamon. Add the dry to wet ingredients and stir until just mixed. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
