Apricot Smoothie

Ingredients
1 Can Lite Unpeeled Apricots - 1 Cup Vanilla or Plain Fat Free Yogart1/2 C Milk
Directions
Drain the syrup from the Apricots and mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

You can increase yogart if you want your smoothie to be thicker or add more milk if you want it thinner.
