Hardly Any Sugar Double Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
1 3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour1/3 cup cocoa2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. salt1/2 cup margarine3/4 cup apple juice concentrate1 small banana, mashed1 tsp. vanilla extract1/3 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Heat up apple juice concentrate and margarine until warm, blend with wire whisk. Add banana and vanilla and blend. Gradually add dry ingredient to wet and stir in chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoons onto cookie sheets sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 F for 9-10 minutes. Makes a soft cookie, great with skim milk!
