Ingredients
Barley, pearled, raw, .5 cup Beans, great northern, .75 cup Beans, navy, .75 cup Potatoe Raw, 5.3 oz Beef chuck, 1.5 lb (beef flanken)Great Value Iodized Salt, 1.5 tsp Onion powder, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Tomato Ketchup 8 tbsp
Directions
Rinse barley and beans, cover with water and bring to a boil in an open pot.
Rinse again.
Add salt, onion powder, garlic powder and ketchup and stir.
Put in crock pot (I use a crock pot liner).
Add meat and potatoes.
