Tender Venison burgers

Ingredients
6 oz. ground venison1 tsp Worcestershire sauce1/4 tsp onion powder1/4 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp Chef Paul Prudhomme's Magic Salt-Free Seasoning1/4 cup unsweetened applesaucedash of black pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Form into 2 patties. Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with nonfat spray. When hot, add burgers and cook until done, turning once.
