3 large potatoes (or equivalent)2 tablespoons butter1/2 cup whipping cream
Peel and dice potatoes. boil until tender. While potatoes are boiling, melt butter in pan. Add cream and whisk regularly until starts to thicken. Strain potatoes when they are tender. Poor cream sauce over and mix.
