Ingredients: Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4") Lime Juice, 1 lime yields *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields -these must be fresh. Parsley, 10 sprigs - or a handful Ginger Root, 2 slices (1" dia) Granny smith apple -only green apple has lower sugar to be allowed in this (you don't want to drink your fruit. "Juice your veggies. Eat your fruit" Spinach, fresh, 1 cup -or any leafy greens. I add kale.*I also add a few dash of cayenne pepper or jalapeno to boost up metabolism - as hot as I can.- whatever you like.
Wash all produce.
Cut in chunks.
Toss all in blender (blend tec/vitamix type).
Add a little ice and/or water to your desired consistency.
Whole Juice- blend til desired consistency.
