Oat Bran Bread or Focaccia Bread

Ingredients
4 eggs1.5 cups ff cottage cheese1.5 cups oat bran1.5 tsp butter extract1 tsp Lawry's season salt2 tsp baking powder1 packet or 2 tsp granular Splenda
Directions
In blender combine all ingredients except baking powder. Blend until smooth. Let batter stand 10 minutes..before adding baking powder..this gives bread a smoother consistency. Add baking powder. Pour onto a cookie sheet or molded cornbread pan. Bake at least 30 to 40 minuted at 350 degrees. Should be browned and completely done.
