Slow Cooker Wendy's Chili

Ingredients
4# ground beef1 12oz can tomato paste6 cups water2 10oz cans rotel hot1 can stewed tomatoes2 16oz cans red kidney beans - light & dark (drained & rinsed)1 15oz can pinto beans (drained & rinsed)3 cups chopped onions1 cup celery, diced1/2 cup chili powder2 tsp cumin3 tsp garlic powder2 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper1 tsp oregano1 tsp sugar1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
Cook ground beef. Drain and rinse. Combine ground beef and remaining ingredients. Cook on high until onion, celery & green peppers are softened. At least 5 hrs.
