Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh blueberries1 tsp. (packed) brown sugar
Directions
Rinse blueberries and leave damp; place in 1-cup glass measure. Add brown sugar.


Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.


Serve over waffles, pancakes or French toast.

    This was a really easy, simple recipe. Good for leftover blueberries that are starting to wilt. I personally microwaved the blueberries in 30-second intervals and stirred. With a half-portion and a powerful microwave, it only took 60 seconds. - 12/28/11
